Skosmos implementation of MOD API in the FAIR-IMPACT project

Hi all,

Earlier this year, the Skosmos development team participated in the FAIR-IMPACT project work package #4: Implementation of a shared API for semantic catalogues. This involved implementing relevant parts of the MOD API specification for Semantic Artefact Catalogues using Skosmos as the backend vocabulary store. As part of this work, we implemented an API wrapper service around the existing Skosmos REST API. The participating teams, which represented different semantic repositories, also provided feedback about the MOD API that led to improvements and clarifications of the specification.

We have published an Implementation Story titled "Prototype Implementation of the MOD API for Skosmos-based Vocabulary Services" with details about our MOD-API implementation and links to relevant material, including the source code for the API wrapper that we developed.
