Unability to display label for related external concepts

Hi,

We are using Skosmos v2.18. Some of our vocabularies include mappings to vocabularies at id.loc.gov and urn.fi, but so far we haven't been able to display the labels of related concepts, making it look a bit ugly, as here: https://id.nb.no/vocabulary/musikk/338 

When loadExternalResource=True, Skosmos tries to access the external website, but no joy - it keeps forever trying...  By our platform engineers I'm told that our Skosmos - residing behind a firewall - doesn't seem to acknowledge environment/proxy variables set up for external web access.  

On the other hand, I've noticed that finto.fi (also running v2.18) does display labels from id.loc.gov.

Any advice concerning this is greatly appreciated.
