JAVA SKOS API to load local file

Hi,

this is a newbie question so please bear with me.

I failed to open a SKOS file when using the SKOS API [1].

What I wanted was to open the locally stored ACM classificaton [2].
I looked at the examples and replaced the uris with one pointing to the
ACM file.
Yet after loadDatasetFromPhysicalURI it appears as if the resulting data
set is empty.

This might have to do with "mappers" mentioned in the API doc, yet I
don't know how to use these.

Hi Matthias, 

I had a look at the file you are trying to load and the OWL API RDF parser used by the SKOS API is having problems reading it. I'll have to dig a little deeper to find out why, I'll let you know if I come up with anything.

Long time getting back to you on this but finally worked out that the file you were loading had URIs with spaces in that the RDF parser didn't like

org.semanticweb.owlapi.rdf.syntax.RDFParserException:
[line=13:column=114] IRI 'http://totem.semedica.com/taxonomy/The ACM
Computing Classification System (CCS)' cannot be resolved against
current base IRI file:/Users/ignazio/workspace/temp/acmjupp.rdf reason
is: Illegal character in path at index 38:
http://totem.semedica.com/taxonomy/The ACM Computing Classification
System (CCS)

I think the latest version of the OWL API RDF parsers deals with now.
