how to read SKOS file in java

hi!
i have run the example1.java on this page http://skosapi.sourceforge.net/documentation.html
and i have got the following exception.
can u please help me to get rid of this.
i'll be very thankful to you all.

Hi,

Do you have the OWL API on your classpath?

If you are using the stable release of the SKOS API you need an older
version of the OWL API from [1]

If you are using the latest SKOS API (version 3) then you will need
the latest OWL API from [2].

Let me know if that fixes your problem.
