update/insert concepts, entities, object properties,etc...

Hi,
with the skos api is there the possibility to change or to modify  or to insert or to delete the SKOS Concepts,SKOS Data Properties, SKOS Object Properties ??

In the Skos Api Documentation "http://skosapi.sourceforge.net/javadoc/index.html?org/semanticweb/skosapibinding/SKOSManager.html"   I don't found the "set" method.

 With the Skos Api I'm developing in reading concepts,data properties,entities etc.. , the question is : but can I develop also in writing concepts,data properties,entities etc.. ?
If so, what are the methods to update or to insert concepts,data properties,entities etc...?

I solved!
I found the SKOSChange CLASS !!
and from the example in the url:
http://mmisw.googlecode.com/svn-history/r1033/trunk/org.mmisw.watchdog/src/main/java/org/mmisw/watchdog/cf/skosapi/Cf2SkosSkosApi.java

I'll develop now whit the SKOSChange class to update and to insert new concepts,entities etc...
