Problem adding lang to labels

I just published my question on the forum, but I can't see it...
Sorry for redundant...


I know that, this question has been asked and answered in the forum, but it's still not working for me in my pc...I don't know why...

I got several questions at the same time to ask for help.

1. I found online two different versions of jar file : "skos-api-onejar.jar" and "skosapi.jar", which one should I use finally...  what are differences between them? And, which version of owlapi should I use with.
If that possible to give me links for owlapi.jar and skosapi.jar please. Thank you.

2. Tested with both jar files, no lang attribut is generated in a preferred label element. But in scopenote, yes. I tested the solution provided by Simon in another suject of this forum, but it's not working for me...

Do you have the same problem? Can someone show me a full simple example only to define a term, and give it a prefered english label.
