error code T-FC-4007 'invalid Deductee Detail Record number'.

Dear frieds!
After validating the 24QRQ4.txt file through FVU2.095 an error file 24QRQ4err.html.
I can not solve this error as I never faced this type of error. And I can not understand what does this error message mean? Can any body solve this problem?

Immediated atention is requested.

Dear Mr Vijay,

You have given serialised "Deductee Detail Record Number ".  This number can not be changed

eg. N Samadhanam is having No.1/ 14.  Please correct the same and revalid it, if the problem doesn't solve, revert back to me.

I am also getting a similar error. This error comes when I enter the 2nd Challan and 2nd Deductee (Annexure I) details and therafter. There is no error if there is only one challan and one deductee.
