TDS on Internet services & Telephone charges

Hi friends,

Can anyone please advise weather there is any TDS to be deducted on internet services for Company.
Also is there any TDS to be deducted on telephone services for Company.

telephone services or internet services are in the nature of subscribtions and hence not covered under 194C or 194J
