RTI for information on NPR/AADHAAR

Dear Members,

Please let me know how to file a complaint under RTI for getting information on NPR/AADHAAR.

I applied for enrolling for NPR with the AVADI Municipal office on 27-02-2015.

I was not intimated to meet the officials for the process till date.

Please help.
