According to the Service Request SR73103198 we have credited the cheque payment of Rs. 2650.00 with cheque number 402732 on July 03, 2008.
For the another payment of Rs.2650.00 we have received a confirmation from our department that the payments have been posted to the card account. It will reflect in the next statement.
The charges has been levied because of a system issue. However, this will be rectified & reverse. The credit will effect in your next month statement. You can deduct the charges while making payments. We regret the inconvenience .
Never give away your card details or account details in response to mails that offer free gifts or lottery winnings.

1. Why the customer should chase ICICI Bank to get credit to its account?
2. Is it not the responsibility of ICICI Bank to give credit on realising the value of Intruments?
3. On default by customers, ICICI Bank claims Late Payment Fee, Astronomical Interest and any other possible charges under the sky. When ICICI Bank is at fault, it should compensate its customers for causing Harrasment, Torture and Mental Agony.<BR
