Hi All,
I'm facing few issues at work need some input guys,

1,we upgraded weblogic from 12.1.1 to 12.1.3 we imported all the web services to the new version, only one web services is getting reflected in the console but we can see the jar file in the deployments folder. any idea why isn't getting reflected in the new version?

2, The new servers are consuming more memory and having session time outs, we have checked the servers logs, took thread and heap dumps
Thanks,

1. Did you try to redeploy all of those webservices manually again into console?

2. It's possible that you had increased timeout definitions on previous domain and with upgrade, they would have reset to default - so you might have to compare config.xml for old and new domain and update timeout configs.

Hi All,
need help.
upgraded weblogic to 12.1.3, deployed all the applications but all application logs are getting updated in one log file. could find anything in admin server logs then uninstalled the weblogic and created a new instance still having the same issue. it is a standlone server.

Thanks,

There must be some additional java options in original server that are missing and lot of apps use parameters like -Dweblogic.name etc and vale for that is used as prefix for application log files.
Compare java process for both servers (old and new) and verify if they are identical?
