setting up password free SCP

Hey folks,

Can someone let me know how do we set up password free scp from Source(A) to Destination(B) for the shell script?

I tried following the below link and setting up properties files in .ssh but doesnt seem working for me. Any suggestions or simple ways to do this setup?
