Mix honey with lemon and little milk and apply to the face, it keeps face moisturized and hydrated.

Its very important to take care of skin in any season. Especially in winter avoid wet gloves and socks, which may irritate your skin and cause itching (ways to stop itching) sometimes cracking too.
