To access the marksheet, go to School > Programmes > Courses and select the level of students you would like to view the assessments for. If you're a Head of Department, you might select Maths, or Head of Year might select Year 7 here.
Bulk Copy Marks - Copy assessment marks between past, present and future assessment periods. Both the source and target assessment periods must be visible in order to select them, so remember to change the dates in the filters! You can see which marks will be copied over - any marks highlighted in red will be overridden, and grey will not be changed.
The marksheet also contains a Comment column where you can add any additional comments to support the mark the student has been given. These comments can then be included in Report Cards when needed.
You can use our import spreadsheet to import baselines, marks and targets in bulk for your students. Download and complete the import spreadsheet for the assessment(s), then upload it into Arbor. The spreadsheets are available for the assessments you have already created within Arbor.
Please note that if marks have been approved for an assessment, they won't be changed by importing a new mark. You will need to unset the marks as approved - you can see how to do this here: Approving marks in report cards and locking marksheets
Go to Students > Assessments > Summative Tracking > Mark Entry > Import from the left-hand menu. Click the green Download Import Spreadsheet button to select the single or bulk option.
This article will allow SIMS System Managers provide more access to marksheets in SIMS. This can be useful if you have a Head of Department who requires more access than just their own classes which Assessment Operator would provide. There are two solutions to this in which you can provide someone with more access to marksheets which are providing the assessment coordinator role or making them a course supervisor.

The learners are located at the far left of the marksheet. To view your learners, you need to navigate vertically using the arrow. However, to view pupil information such as SEN Status, PP, FSM and attainment/effort grades, you must navigate horizontally using the arrow.
You can save or export your marksheets by scrolling to the bottom of the marksheet and selecting either the Save button, which will save your marksheet, or you can export the marksheet to a .csv file using the Export button.
The University provides facility for attestation of Marksheet. The candidates can get hismarksheet attested by University. Application form for this is available on next page. University charges Rs. 500/- for each marksheet attested.
5)After completion of online process including payment of prescribed fee, candidate will receive the acknowledgement receipt along with a Receipt number. The request of candidate for issue of Attestation of Marksheet has been provisionally accepted subject to the verification in examination branch.
7)Attestation of Marksheet will be issued in person to the candidate (or to his/her nominee, authorized in writing) from the respective examination branch after a period of Seven working days excluding Saturday/Sunday and other Gazetted holiday from the date of successful submission of application with payment of prescribed fee. Marksheet will be issued only after submission of hard copy of the online application, after candidate original signature, along with all uploaded documents and Acknowledgement Receipt.
ii) Issuance of Attestation of Marksheet shall be strictly based on the satisfactory compliance of the conditions prescribed. Mere submission of application and documents does not entitle issuance of same.
