OpenGL backend for graphite

Hi all,

I know that the new Graphite backend is WIP atm and it should perform better than Ganesh as it target newer GPUs and APIs. I wanted to ask if graphite will still support OpenGL >=4 or OpenGL ES >=3 as an additional rendering backend or will graphite be limited to Dawn/Vulkan and Metal?
