How to create a PDF with text rendered with the "no stroke, no fill" option as in the PDF specification? (iso 32000-1 table 106 or PDF 1.7 table 5.3 text rendering mode 3)

as I could not find anything in documentation for SkiaSharp to create such PDF.

I don't believe that the Skia PDF backend ever attempts to use Tr to
set the text rendering mode (relying on 0 being the default). For
example, Skia's outline text is drawn as paths and then regular fill
text is drawn transparently on top for selection and accessibility. In
general the Skia PDF backend is designed to turn Skia drawing into
PDF, not as a general PDF builder. That being said, it should be
possible to draw the text with a transparent fill color on the Paint.
Such text will be drawn transparently in the PDF, which is similar,
though not exactly like drawing with "3 Tr".
