which old Skia version can build on Centos 7?

As long as you can install a "recent" version of clang (it really doesn't need to be that recent), everything should build as described on https://skia.org/docs/user/build/

I got this error 

[***]# bin/gn gen out/Release --args='is_debug=false'

[***]# ldd --version

ldd (GNU libc) 2.17

[***]# cat /etc/centos-release

CentOS Linux release 7.3.1611 (Core)
