Bug tracker temporarily closed due to spam

Hey y'all,

We have temporarily removed the ability for members of the public to open new issues, due to a surge of spam. We are working on remediating this on our side of things.

If there are issues, please let us know about them here and we can open bugs on y'all's behalf.

At bugs.skia.org there is now a component `Skia > New` which can be used by the general (logged in) public. Issues created in this component will be hidden (not visible to the public) until triaged and moved to another component.
