Request: bring back kReplace as a clip-op

The only type of clip operation my code does is "set". No AND'ing, OR'ing or XOR'ing and whatnot. Just plain old SET.

But kReplace was removed some time ago and my code had to get complicated in a way that has made it brittle ever since.
