Flutter-Web/Canvaskit drawing for Emulator.

Hi !

We have a strange issue with flutter-web/canvaskit rendering in Chromium for an emulator setup. The "Flutter Demo Home Page" draws empty text, although the traces show GLES calls flowing via webGL to the command decoder and usual chromium graphics flow.

If we make a custom canvaskit build debug (i.e. NDEBUG false) , the issue disappears, specifically we think the presence of GR_GL_CHECK_ERROR in debug codepath.

Any pointers or old occurrence of such display issues for canvaskit on emulator ? Both x86 and arm emulators have the issue.
Strangely, very old version of Chromium didnt have the problem.
