Skia Update: New Branch M127

Hi Skia Community! 

Skia has a new branch, M127. We will commit limited cherry picks of high priority issues into this branch for the next ~four weeks.

Branch name: chrome/m127

Branched at  1c8089adffdabe3790cc4ca4fb36e24c2f6ab792

(Includes changes through ~10 PM PT, Monday 06/10/24)

Per this post you have release m127, but I can't find what version this milestone has been included in github.  How do I find this so that we can include this version of skia in our security scans. My Developers have downloaded and are using the code but I can't find what release in github this milestone has been included in.  Our BlackDuck administrator and Synopsys support  is telling me that you haven't released this as an official release, got that but i know you have released the milestone, i just don't know what "released" version, or tag, in gihub.
