What is the role of skottie in chromium source code?

    Hello, skottie is build in chromium here. And I can't find the role of skottie in chromium. 

https://skottie.skia.org/?h=128&l=true&p=true&w=128  seems to have nothing to do with skottie.  Can any teacher familiar with this introduce it to us?

    Or is there any test web page that can run this code?  Thanks.
