[Canvaskit] Any reason for removing PaintStyle.StrokeAndFill ?

Hello.
While Skia has StrokeAndFill in PaintStyle, it does not exist in CanvasKit.

Looking at the Changelog, it seems to have been explicitly removed (https://github.com/google/skia/blob/42d1e8f051c7505d79bff79ead7fe1b136294c7a/modules/canvaskit/CHANGELOG.md?plain=1#L845).
The reason is not stated.

Does anyone know why it was removed?
If there is no good reason, I would like to propose adding it back so that CanvasKit has the same compatibility as Skia.

StrokeAndFill never really worked correctly and has been in a long process of removal from Skia. I would recommend against using it in new code. It should probably be marked as deprecated (I'm surprised that it appears not to be already).
