Similar to the new GyroAssist feature in SkEye, SkEye Cam v2.0 uses Gyroscopes to fill in the gaps when Plate Solve fails.
In the Live View, you will see orange colored overlays when GyroAssist is used (instead of the bright green overlays for Plate Solves).
In Polar Align view, you will have the option to enable / disable GyroAssist. Since the accuracy with GyroAssist is lower than Plate Solves, it is best to enable it when you need a quick and rough alignment.
