Window redraw issue, can I force a refresh from the ruby console?

Hi,

Occasionally I see an issue with sketchup where the view is not updating to reflect the resized window. It looks something like this;

Manually resizing the window has no effect, and there appears to be a slight offset problem with where sketchip thinks the cursor is located, and where the pointer icon is shown.

Is there any way to force a refresh from the console? (currently my only option is to close and restart sketchup)
