Changing the plugin language

My Greeting to Everyone ...

I got a tool from Deutsch (GeoRes - Reliable Engineering Solution) and I kept it in sketchup 2014 (English version) plugin folder. It's working. I can check the tools and do some stuffs. This plugin transforms the 3D model into citygml format. But the problem is, the name of the tools are in Deutsch, which is very difficult for me to understand. How can I change the language of the plugins?
