French version of documentation "Gesture Overview" - Documentation francophone

Good morning from Quebec to you all!

I gave some workshops that included Sketchometry for math teachers. 

The only problem is at time that I didn't find any tutorials in french on the gestures. 

So I translated it for those who are interested to have it in French.
