tightly bound output page

Hi,

I somewhere found a tweak to generate a tightly bound output using the preview package and thought about extending the build-in functionality of sketch to include such a feature.

The three files (emit.c/.h, cmdline.c) that need modification are attached. The new option can be selected by "-Tb" ("b" for "bound")
