Announcements: Posting rules change and Sketch in Fedora

I've changed the list settings so any member can post without review.
Non-members will be moderated purely to prevent spam. All non-spam
membership requests will be granted.

I want to thank Ryan Lewis for all his work to get Sketch accepted in
the Fedora distribution.

Great news. Other distros should follow suit soon. Sketch is the bees
knees :)

BTW, how's work coming along on Sketch2? Are you in a position to give
us an ETA? ;-)
