How to add module mysql db

I downloaded mysql db from sourceforge. Do you know where I should put
this into the Skeletonz CMS?

I did not find detailed steps from the Skeletonz "Getting started
guide".

You need this python module (mysqld)

After that, set the correct database settings in general_config.py
