Detailed MakerBot Operating Instructions

Hi,

Here are some detailed operating instructions we've been working on
for our hackerspace. Use them if you use one of the defaults from
SkeinFox. Also, they may help get you oriented if you are just
completing your MakerBot build!

Nice!

I noticed that after the instructions to set the temp to 220, it
mentions the temp being 240 a couple times. -matt

I've noticed this as well -- is this related to the recent batches
having a different themistor that reports different temps?
