Ihave one user that is having this issue. The link is working fine for everyone else. She has tried it using MS Edge and Chrome and getting the same error. It's like it keeps redirecting itself back to the same page and then eventually errors out.

We got it working. The URL the user was given had "/list?redirectedFromSignup=1" at the end of the URL. For some reason on her machine, it was causing the error. Once the ?redirectedFromSignup=1 was removed from the end of th URL, it worked for her.

Same problem for me, wherever I connect (I tried 3 different computers), logged in or not, the page can't be found (a user even asked me access to a dashboard on teams and it crashed the desktop application)

Have you updated or moved your site recently? Whenever I have seen this it is typically a broken core install. If you browse your install and go to the wp-admin folder, is there a file in there called widgets.php?

Next step would be to disable any plugins you have, one at a time, checking each time to see if the page comes back up. Sometimes a plugin can cause that to happen. What theme are you using by chance?

Whenever I run into a situation like that I backup the site, delete wp-admin and wp-includes, leaving wp-content alone (don't delete that one!). Then I download a fresh copy of WP and copy both the wp-admin and wp-includes folder for the newest version and place them back into my website.

So, using my mobile internet using a hotspot change my network connection, and then it worked successfully but when using my home wifi/internet I could not able to log in and got the error - "The page you're looking for can't be found"

I have been having this same issue for months now. I have been recking my brain trying to solve it. I have called Apple several times with no success after spending many hours on the phone with an Apple supervisor. I was told to clear history/cache etc. They had me call my provider AT&T to see if they were blocking certain websites but its not them, it's Apple blocking it somehow on wifi. If I use my cellular data on my iPhone and sign into apple.com it works just fine, I can access my account without any issues. Please help, this so sucks!!!

I was having issues with this too. I tried connecting to the page on safari and google chrome on my computer and safari on my phone. I cleared the cache and history, but that still did not work. I had to order my iPad over the phone because a store location was too far away. Later, I figured out I could only connect to my account and view my order when I was not using my wifi, only my data.

I think I've figured this one out. If you remove the secure4 from the beginning of the URL and copy and paste the rest into your browser, it should work. I was having issues accessing my account as it was creating the URL as secure6.store.apple.com/shop/account/home so I removed the secure6 and it took me to my account. I just got off the phone with a senior advisor and explained to him that this appears to be isolated to a wifi network and a mobile hotspot fixes it. If you try and click on any of the links (menu or otherwise) on the Page Not Found page, you'l notice that it's trying to add that secure4 or secure6 to the URL, which is causing more Page Not Found pages. It seems to be an issue with the programming of the website. Hopefully they'll fix it soon! Hope this helps!

I'm having the same issue too. The main website is on a different server than the store. Tech support or any kind of phone interaction with Apple results in them not being able to do anything. If anyone has a way to contact an executive in Apple or something, I'd love to know. I shouldn't have to use a VPN to get around an IP address block on my home internet connection. I didn't do anything to deserve it.

My guess is if you've visited the site and/or refresh the pages in the store too much, then you'll automatically have your IP address blocked. You can thank the scalpers and bots for forcing big tech and retail companies to increase security on their websites.

I have been having the same problem. I can go to apple's website, but when I try to go to the actual store, I get the "The page you're looking for can't be found" message. It does not appear to be an issue with Chrome or Safari because when I get off of my WiFi and use cellular data, everything works fine and I'm able to see the Apple Store. I recently switched to AT&T Fiber, so naturally, I assumed this had something to do with ATT blocking the website. I called and spent some time on the phone troubleshooting with them. Ultimately, they had me connect direct to the modem and Voila! ... I was able to see the Apple Store. But, when I went back through my router / mesh system I suddenly couldn't get into the Apple Store again. I use the Eero Pro router, so now I'm thinking that's the culprit, but after spending a ton of time on the phone with Eero troubleshooting, they couldn't seem to figure it out either. So, still at a loss.

I actually do think this is an issue on Apple's side now. Last night, I went onto the AT&T WiFi (the only way I could connect to the Apple Store) and gathered some items into a shopping cart. Once I had everything ready to go and went to the secure payment screen, I got the "The page you're looking for can't be found" again!

The only way I was able to get through all the pages and actually make an online purchase in the Apple Store was to use the Apple Store app on my phone. The browser either doesn't work at all or only works on a few pages.

The solution to the problem I was having appears to require me to hover over the area I want to insert a new section/paragraph AND WAIT a couple of seconds before pressing the Enter key. It seems a little quirky but it has permitted me to move forward with my project.

Pretty sure that there are no page breaks in Paper. You'll have one long continuous "page" as long as you're in Paper. Once you export the document to, for instance, Word format, it will have multiple pages if it's long enough.

I am exploring Dropbox Paper as a possible solution for gathering both photos/video and text/comments from several folks who I took a trip with. I would like the end product to be similiar to a power point/slide show (I am thinking Paper's Present option?). I would like to have the ability to create and edit (add/delete/move) slides/sections (what I previously called a new page).

I have created some sections and added text and photos. I am able to insert/add a new blank line (and therefore have access to other menus/functions) within the first section and before the 5th and currently the last section but have not found a way to do so for the other sections.

When I hover over the area in the document where I want to insert/start a new paragraph (is this the same as a new section?) and press Enter (or click) I am sent to the top of the document to the start of the title of the document.

I've experiencing an issue on multiple machines with the APC software reporting a page error when using IE. Launching the web interface through start-up prompts the immediate error. I've already done some troubleshooting and before the IE bashing / jokes pile in, it is browser related. This was tested by launching from the same URL address using Chrome. The web interface loaded and launched correctly without any issues.

I also found a work around getting it to launch in IE by restarting the APC PBE Agent several times and reloading the web page. Since we currently require this SW to run in IE in our system environment, and rather quickly jumping into "just delete IE from the face of the planet and use Chrome forever" type of comments, I would like to know if any of you have ever encountered this error or know of a permanent fix.

Thanks for the video but that is not the issue we are currently experiencing. As noted in the thread, we have different versions of IE. from 8,9,10 and 11. Within all those versions, we still experience the issue. On the video you attached, having the certificate error page is key to us knowing that we can access the APC website via IP.

The issue is that once we launch the software in IE, it immediately displays "page cannot be found" Once on that screen, we will need to restart APCPBE service (multiple times) to get to the certification error page. In other words, if we are in the page you listed in the video, we are good to access the sw. on the "page cannot be found" error, we cannot progress to the page unless the service is restarted.

What is the latest version and what type of upgrade does it provide compared to one we are using? I am thinking that this issue is browser related. Possible security setting that flipped on due to windows System updates. Just can't pinpoint which one
