Dear Sir/Madam

In continuation to our earlier mail, please find the required details for
the “SWAGAT Induction Program” scheduled to be held at Trichy.
·       Program Start Date & Time - 28-May-2012 (Monday) at 9:30 am
onwards
·       Program End Date & Time  - 02-June-2012 (Saturday) till 5:30 pm
·       Venue Address -     SRM Hotel
Race Course Road
Khajamalai, Near EVR College, Trichy (Tiruchirappalli – 620023)

The selected candidates/participants are requested to make the following
arrangements on their own.
·       Ticket Booking (to & fro) to the Training Venue
·       Necessary Clothing (Formal Attire) for 6 days

In the course of the said training, Posting Orders will be issued to the
candidates were they will be reporting/posted on 4-June-2012 onwards. The
Bank will be providing the food & accommodation (except Trichy Candidates)
for the participants throughout the training program.
Note: All the candidates are requested to carry the following documents
without fail(All in Originals and 1 set of Photo copy) to the training
session to complete their joining procedure.
1.      10th & 12th Standard Mark sheet
2.      Degree Certificate/Provisional Certificate & Graduation –
Consolidated Mark Sheet
3.      Post-Graduation Mark sheets (all the semesters) & Provisional
Certificate (if provided already)
4.      ID Proof  (PAN Card/Passport/ Voters ID/ Driving License/College
ID Card with a Bonafide certificate from Principal/Head of Department)
5.      Address Proof (Passport/Ration Card/ Voters ID)
6.      PAN Card (If PAN Card is not applied, request to apply for)
7.      Print of Joining Kit available in the respective Log Ins of TMI
Portal (http://axisonboarding.tmirpo.com)
(User name and Passwords are already with the participants)
Candidates who are not able to access the Joining Kit online, will be
provided with one at the Training Venue itself.
8.      Pass Port Size Photo graph (White Back ground and Formal Attire)
9.      Community Certificate (If applicable – only for SC/ST Candidates)
