On February 22, 2019, Mtley Cre and Machine Gun Kelly (who plays Tommy Lee in the film) released the video for the song "The Dirt (Est. 1981)" on their YouTube channel. The band announced that the film's soundtrack would also feature three new recordings, all produced with longtime collaborator Bob Rock: "Ride with the Devil", "Crash and Burn", and a cover of Madonna's "Like a Virgin".[4][5][6][7][8]
For the new songs, the band collaborated with Machine Gun Kelly, John 5 (who would eventually join the band full-time in 2023), and Sahaj. They composed nine songs, but narrowed them down to the three tracks featured in the soundtrack.[8]
I definitely would not call this a pop soundtrack unless your definition of pop is extremely broad. Sure there are a couple songs that might be classified as pop but there is more than one genre in that list.
It's a great soundtrack but I wish there was an option to have the music play during the race. The Midnight Club series has always had my favourite songs in it. There are tons of tracks and you can individually pick which songs you want to play. I'd often turn the sound effects way low and just dodge traffic at 200k/m with the music nice and loud. There is nothing like it and I really hope Rockstar makes another one.
Over the past few days, you can see that we are pretty excited about Colin McRae DiRT 2. We have had a hands-on test here on TheSixthAxis and watched the latest gameplay videos, but today brings the unveiling of the official soundtrack for the game which will be fully integrated into the game, being mixed by Kerrang! DJ Kristian Stephenson.

Today is the day! Motley Crue's long-awaited film adaption of their infamous The Dirt book is now on Netflix. The band recorded four new songs for the soundtrack, having previously released two of them ("The Dirt (Est. 1981)" and a cover of Madonna's "Like a Virgin") and now the remaining two tracks have surfaced.
Below, you can hear "Crash and Burn," another mid-tempo track with a similar arrangement. Much like "Ride With the Devil," the verse relies on a rigid drum beat as the rest of the instrumentation steamrolls the energy into a shimmering chorus.
With the film's release, fans have speculated as to whether Motley Crue will perform one-off shows, which would presumably not conflict with the cessation of touring agreement the four members signed as they embarked on their farewell tour, which concluded on Dec. 31, 2015.
Yes, award shows, festival lineups and pop songs currently highlight the immense cultural cool of Americana and country music. But by the time the soundtrack is released alongside the film starring Daisy Edgar-Jones, Glen Powell and Anthony Ramoson on July 19, the call of the silver screen could reign supreme.
Alongside Luke Combs' lead single "Ain't No Love In Oklahoma" (with an accompanying music video featuring NASCAR driver John Hunter Nemechek), a dozen Americana Music Association, Academy of Country Music and Country Music Association Artist or Entertainer of the Year nominees or winners including Miranda Lambert, Jelly Roll, Lainey Wilson, Kane Brown, Charley Crockett, Thomas Rhett, Shania Twain and Tyler Childers, plus a sextet of assorted other chart-toppers including Megan Moroney and Bailey Zimmerman, plus social media-adored stars of the moment like Tanner Adell, are represented on the release.
"Twisters" is a modern-day chapter of the 1996 blockbuster "Twister" and is directed by Oscar-nominated writer-director Lee Isaac Chung, with executive producers including Academy Award winner Steven Spielberg, Thomas Hayslip and Ashley Jay Sandberg.
The film focuses on the trio of lead characters as what a press release calls "equal forces with opposing motivations who come together to try to predict and possibly tame the immense power of tornadoes."
Two days after the trailer for Motley Cre's new biopic The Dirt hit the Internet, the legendary American rock band has now unveiled a new song from the film's soundtrack and the full tracklist.
Double vinyl LP pressing. Original soundtrack. Dirt, the film, is the story of how Mtley Cre came to be one of the most notorious rock 'n roll groups in history. Motley Crue release the 18-song soundtrack for The Dirt film. Bassist Nikki Sixx says: "During the filming of our movie we got excited and inspired to write new music. "Getting back in the studio with Bob Rock just fueled the creative fires for us. To me, the music sounds like classic Motley. The lyrics were written for the movie and are a reflection of our life."

"ATV Offroad Fury 3 is fun and action-packed," said Chevelle lead vocalist Pete Loeffler. "We think it's great that fans can choose to listen to 'Tug-O-War' as they play the game, and we love the idea that people can work out their road rage while listening to our music."
Via the in-game jukebox, players will have the opportunity to select the featured artists' music to accompany the races and/or create custom playlists throughout gameplay.
