Skat robust function errors

to SKAT and MetaSKAT user group

Hey

I need help. I tried running

SKAT_CommonRare_Robust.SSD.All(SSD.INFO, skat_null_resampling_adjust, method="SKATO",CommonRare_Cutoff=0.05)

I get the following errors

Error to run SKATBinary for genename: Error in sqrt(pi_1) : non-numeric argument to mathematical function

However, when just running the old version

SKAT_CommonRare.SSD.All((SSD.INFO, skat_null_resampling_adjust, method="C",CommonRare_Cutoff=0.05)

I don't seem to get these errors.

Can someone please explain this to me.
