Hello all:
It appears that we will not have a quorum from Skarven at tomorrow's RUG, so my inclination is to cancel it. Admittedly, the summer has been a difficult time for us to get together. I'm open to suggestions on how best to address the issue. Google calendars, planning ahead, voting, any way that will get us all in the same room for a couple of hours works for me. Ideas?

i agree that we should put meetings on the group calendar - it will help ensure people have adequate lead time.
i know summers are tough times to schedule group meetings - i hope we can settle back into a groove. we have a great group of people and wonderful host - i'd hate to see the group fizzle so quickly.
