Support for Intel RealSense D415 and D435

I am not aware of any near-future plans to expand the list of supported sensors to include the RealSense sensors. This may change but, for now and the near-future, they are not supported.

Realsense supports openNI wrappers presumably since this is already what you use there is a way to get the driver working with skanect?
