No camera feed with Skanect Pro & Structure Core

I am unable to see any images or scan anything with my structure Core using Skanect Pro (with either 1.11 (64-bit) or 1.7 (32-bit) ). My drivers (OS: Windows 10) are updated and so is the Structure Core firmware (1.2.0). Skanect recognizes the sensor (see image), but nothing/no camera feed is shown in the record tab (image). If I press record, still nothing shows up and there is nothing in the saved folder either. The sensor LED is solid blue and the laser dot projector is on so it doesn't appear to be an obvious hardware issue.

I also have a similar issue with Core Playground 0.9, where the sensor connects but doesn't provide any camera feed/data, so I think this is related somehow (although I don't actually care about using Core Playground). 

Any help on this is greatly appreciated!
