kinect for windows not supported, please help me

This is log file, the error in skanect is "sensor unavailable":

Hi,

What model of Kinect do you have? Is it an XBOX 360 Kinect? In that case, you need to make sure that you install the full Kinect for Windows SDK http://download.microsoft.com/download/E/1/D/E1DEC243-0389-4A23-87BF-F47DE869FC1A/KinectSDK-v1.8-Setup.exe .
