Hello,

I saw a video on youtube that someone finds a way to set the Scanner 3D Cube Sense 2 to make it compatible with Skanect by using openNI2 on W10.
I have tried several times but unfortunatelly  Skanect doesn't detect this scanner and I don't know why.
If anyone has  tips and triks to help me to set this scanner with skanect that will be wonderfull :).

Thanks

While this configuration, Sense 2 + Skanect, is not supported have you previously installed KScan3D on your machine? There is a known conflict between Skanect and KScan3D and the symptoms are that Skanect does not recognize your sensor.

Thanks for the hint Arnaud, I cant get openNI2 to see the camera either it says no device found :(

The SDK software from MS sees the camera, and in teams / skype etc it sees it as a camera, all the drivers are loaded and i can see them in device manager

any ideas?

Hi Scott and Jamie
Hereafter is the youtube video link with the Sense scanner and Skanect....
Maybe I have done something wrong when I have installed OpenNI because I havethe  same issue as Jamie, the sensor is not detected.... :(
This is probably the reason why Skanect can't detect the sensor. So here the problem is how to setup OpenNI or Windows to be able to detect this sensor in fact. I saw that it was necessary to modify one file by changing the USB feature, but without success for me....

Hello Scott and Jamie
Finally, I found a solution with RecFusion Software.
It detects my sensor "Sense 2 of Cubify "  as an Intel RealSense SR300 sensor.
I will try this solution with my desktop computer tonight to see if it works good.
Maybe it's also Structure core compatible because it was necessary to install OpenNi .
I will let you know :)
but so far so good.
