I cant export a SKN file to STL

Hi,
I am using Skanect PRO and every time I try to export a file to STL on my PC the file is saved under a "Certificate Trust List" format without a .stl file type...
i tried couple of times and it doesnt convert to .stl
When i tried exporting to OBJ the file saved with .obj immidiatly
can someone help me figure out this issue ?
