Problem regarding Structure Sensor waiting for uplink in Skanect

Hope you are doing well

I have  a problem . I connected structure core sensor before launching skanect software as describes in manual, but still it is showing 'structure sensor waiting for uplink'. please tell me solution of this problem.

I’ve had the same problem ever since the last Apple update . But try calibrating the structure sensor with the iPad camera.  It helped me. Good luck
