ERROR: Kinect for Windows is not ready.

Any ideas? Running on Windows 7 - installed SDK and dev tools. See attached image for drivers that are installed.

Kinect's green lights keeps on flashing. Also have power (12v) provided to the device - not running on only USB power.

Kinect : XBox 360 Kinect Model 1414

Do Microsoft Kinect for Windows samples work? Did you already try
other USB ports?
