I didn't get the license

I think i left the e-mail field empty when i was buy Skanect pro (maybe I entered a wrong e-mail or forgot which one?) so I didn't receive any licenses. I cant seem to find any way to contact customer service. any ideas what should I do? (According to my bank the purchase was successful)
