Failed to start

Morning all,
I've having trouble getting the latest 64 bit version of skanect running. I get a failed to start warning. This is a new pc I'm setting up. Window 10 Pro. I have it running on my laptop in windows 10 fine, so wondering if there is some other prerequisites I need or something?

To test I've installed version 1.9, 1.8 and 1.7 and they all start fine.
