Skanect GPU unavailable

Hello, 
I have been trying to get Skanect 1.9.1 (64-bit) working on a client's machine.

Everything seems to go through fine with the install, however when opening the application it states the GPU is unavailable.
The current graphics card is a NVIDIA GTX 2070 with max-q design.
As far as i'm aware, this is a CUDA enabled card with sufficient requirements. I have tried updating the driver for this card to the latest version via the NVIDIA homepage with no luck. Log is as follows:

Have you tried the 1.10.2 yet?  It added support for quite a bit of the RTX cards as well as the Structure Sensor Mark II.

No i haven't but i will give it a go. 
I would have thought the newer versions would include more compatibility with the newer RTX cards...

Hello,

Skanect v1.10.2 should support the Turing architecture NVIDIA GPUs, including the GTX 2070, but you may also need to upgrade CUDA's device drivers. You can download CUDA (currently 10.2) from HERE.

Also, be careful when launching an updated version of Skanect if you had an older version installed. If you have a desktop icon to launch Skanect, for example, it may continue to launch the previously installed version depending on the installation directory specified. A desktop icon is not created or updated during installation and the installation directory includes the major version like "C:\Program Files\Skanect 1.10"

3090 will NOT be available, only up to the RTX 2xxx series.

I assume this hasn't changed? I finally got the scanner to connect and it's missing GPU connections on my 3090.

Todd, That would be correct. Structureio has discontinued the Skanect desktop project. So i assume no updates will be performed for the 3xxx and up series GPUs
