RECRUITMENT DRIVE FOR 2010 BATCH B.E.(All branches)

(IBM through Maintec Technologies)

M/s IBM is visiting SJB Institute of Technology, Kengeri, Bangalore on
21th October 2010 at 8.30 am for campus recruitment drive for 2010
batch MCA / BE (All branches except. Mech, Civil &Bio-Medical)
candidates. The details are given hereunder. Those eligible students
who are interested should register with the Department of HRD, SJBIT
in person on 18th October 2010 between 9.00am to 1.00pm. The
registrations are limited to the first 500 candidates on First Come –
First Serve basis.

This drive is open to candidates of all recognized Universities.

Note:

· Resume & photograph are to be submitted during the
registration process.
· Photo ID is to be produced during the registration process.
· Only registered candidates will be allowed to take part in
this drive.
· Spot registration will not be entertained
· Students furnishing wrong information will be blacklisted.
· Registrations open on 18th October 2010 between 9.00am to
1.00pm at SJBIT.

Job profile
The selected candidates will work as system administrator /
programmer.
The skill sets will be Windows / UNIX / Linux / Sun Solaris / AIX

Employment:
The selected candidates will be permanent employees of MAINTEC
TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD. and would be deployed at IBM for the period of
one year. Based on performance they would be absorbed to IBM direct
roles after one year.

The Job locations are Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad & Noida

Terms and conditions:
The selected candidates need to work on rotational shifts which
includes night shifts based on client IBM’s requirement.
The selected candidates need to sign a bond for Rs.1,50,000/ for the
period of one year.

Compensation:
Rs.2,16,000/ will be the CTC per annum. Shift allowances will be
paid extra.

Eligibility Criteria

Must possess an aggregate of 60 % in MCA / BE (All branches except
Mech, Civil &Bio-Medical,)
Should have graduated in the year 2010.
Should not have any standing backlog
4. Should have good communication & presentation skills\



Selection process:

First round of interview will be a communication assessment and for
the selected students 2nd
round will be a written test and the final round of interview will be
a Face to Face HR discussion
with IBM panelist.

1) Copies of Updated Resume
2) College Identity Card / Photo ID
3) 2 Passport Size Photographs
4) Copies of Marks Card.
5) Final year Project Report
