Position: Business Analyst

Compensation: 3.3L + 3L stay bonus which will be paid after 3 year
completion of the employee in the organization

Job Location: Bangalore

Qualification & Eligibility:
· 2010 - B.E./B.Tech any branch from BIT,BMSCE,Dayananda Sagar
College of Engineering,Manipal Institute of Technology ,MSRIT, PESIT,
RVCE, Sir MVIT,SIT, SJCE, UVCE with 60% aggregate without any backlogs
( From these colleges, candidates who are not working currently are
also eligible)
· 70% throughout from other colleges are also eligible &
candidate should be currently working.
· Candidates with strong academic record and evidence of
superior analytic skills
· We seek individuals with: Initiative and motivation, Strong
work ethic, Teamwork skills, Detail orientation, Communication skills,
Leadership potential, Analytic problem solving skills, Business sense

Job Description:
· Communicate effectively with client/onsite personnel and
document understanding and action items from meetings
· Assist in delivering well organized reports, dashboards, data
analysis and statistical models
· Ensure error-free and high-quality outputs to the client /
manager
· Documents work effectively to ensure that the manager /
client are comfortable with both work-in process and end deliverables.
· Actively gathers and shares domain related knowledge in
forums within the organization
· Manages his / her time well to contribute to at least one
organization initiative
