Qualification:
B.E, B.TECH, MCA, MBA- Information system, B.sc(Computers), BCA

Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities:

-Understanding the technology and needs of clients
-Sourcing of candidates from various sources like Headhunting,
Networking, References, if matching CVs not available in databank as
per customer requirements
-Telephone screening of the candidates
-Scheduling interviews
-Follow up with the candidates
-Co ordination with the team
-Execution of the assignment through:
-Candidate interface and nurturance
-Resume short listing – speak to candidates and validate interest on
a particular assignment with a client
-Communication to candidate as to his status
-Updating of all records
