3/25/2024  mouth of Taiya River:  1 Bald Eagle (imm), 10 Mallards, 17 Common Goldeneye, 6 Common Mergansers

3/27 mouth of Taiya River:  1 Bald Eagle (adult), 9 Mallards, 12 Buffleheads, 15 Common Mergansers

                            Dyea Flats:  1 Mountain Bluebird, 1 Black-billed Magpie

3/28 mouth of Taiya River:  20 Common Goldeneye, 1 Bufflehead, 3 Common Mergansers

                            Dyea Flats:  4 Mountain Bluebirds

                           Nahku Bay :  1 Red-breasted Sapsucker

 3/29 mouth if Taiya River:  1 Bald Eagle (A), 3 Buffleheads, 14 Common Goldeneye, 5 Common Mergansers

                   Dyea flats road:   4 American Robins

Wow!  Bluebirds already!  It's still March!
